Horizon View Client 2.3 for Mac OS X or a later release Horizon View Client computer or client access device n Real-Time Audio-Video is supported on Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) and later. It is disabled on all earlier Mac OS X operating systems. On Mac OS X El Capitan (at least) the app works and turns my computer into a radio tuner. It is simple to use and the number of stations available is large. I couldn’t find a better app to play radio staions and I use it a lot. There is a free version available, so you can evaluate the app to see if the stations.

1. Download the latest drivers from the StarTech.com website (http://www.startech.com/Support). You can find the part number and product ID on the product’s packaging.

Note: Mac OS X will typically save the files to the Downloads folder that is associated with your user account (for example, hard_drive_nameUsersyour_nameDownloads).

2. Double-click the DisplayLink.zip file.
3. Double-click the MAC OS folder.
4. Double-click the appropriate folder for your operating system.
5. Double-click the DisplayLink Installer 75598.dmg file.
6. Follow the prompts to install the new drivers. Restart the computer when prompted.
7. Once Mac OS X has restarted, connect the laptop docking station to your computer.

Note: Installation might take several seconds to complete. During the installation your display might flicker; this is normal. Once the installation has completed you will see your Macintosh desktop extended to any connected monitors.
