In this article we will run though the long history of Mac OS X, or macOS as it is now known. For an overview of the features of the various versions of the Mac operating system, showing how it.
Toss dwarves into waves of orcs to earn Maggoty Bread. GOSH!
PC / Windows - Download the PC Zip, extract it, and run the 'Nobody Tosses a Dwarf'.exe Application. MAC - Download the MAC Zip, extract it, and run the 'Nobody Tosses a Dwarf' Mac OS App. More information. While Serato ITCH software and NS7/V7 Drivers are not naively 64 bit applications, both will run stably while booted from the 64 bit Mac kernel. Please note that running these applications in 64 bit mode will not afford any increases in speed or performance.
Mouse Click or hold 'E' to grab a dwarf. Move your mouse and let go to yeet'em into those gosh darn orcs!
Earn 3 Maggoty Breads for each level to unlock GOSH MODE to wreck havoc and discover hidden secrets!
I made this game in 3 days with little sleep, so mind any bugs you run into. Enjoy, and be sure to eat your maggoty bread. Gosh!
NOTE: Unlike the video, I could use only original voices for this game
Thanks for checking out the game!

DAYUMMM, You got ALL the maggoty breads! Not surprised given your Portal Pals Speed-running schkillz >D. DLC coming this summer!
This gosh-darn game is 10 times better than Shadow of War/Mordor. Maggotty bread, dwarves flying everywhere, and plenty of manflesh.

About
GB_OS is a Gameboy program that tries to simulate or recreate some of the main functions of an operating system. It was designed with the 90's software aesthetic in mind.
Because GB cartridges are read-only memory and GB_OS doesn't make use of battery saving, it isn't possible to make any permanent changes to the system, so it's similar to booting an OS directly from a CD drive.
It is one of my weirdest projects so far, but I'm really happy with how it turned out, especially considering how limited the Gameboy is.

I love this. Would it be okay if I worked on a GBA version? I’m trying to remake the GBALua library for the GBA Jam and doing something like this would be a neat demo project! Note that I’m not at all sure I can pull it off, but I’d like your permission to try… :D
Yes, feel free to work on a GBA version, I would love to see it.
It's like an uchronia where windows 98 never came ...
Actually, win98 was my main source of inspiration for making GB_OS. I haven’t used win95 until a couple months after this came out.
Thanks for the comment, btw.
this is so fun and cool! You did an awesome job figuring out how to use gb studio’s features to make a convincing operating system. And the calculator is really impressive
Now I want one that looks more like Mac OS instead of Windows 95 ^_^
Thanks, I appreciate your comment. well, It took some time to figure out the calculator, but after I did, the rest was easy.
I’ve never used a MAC computer, so maybe in the future. I’ve thinking about making one of Windows 2 though.
Windows 2 would be cool. I still want the Mac version though :]
Reminded me of some mockups i saw on deviantart... Amazing *o*
What you could do for saving files is we can make an online database where the only function is to load up changes people have done, maybe even add a from scratch coding language from the ground up. :)

This is actually absolutely AMAZING! I really love OS recreations, specially the Windows 95/98 ones.
Seriously, although very simple, the execution is really good, and is an incredible example of how much you can do with the new GB Studio gameplay styles.
Thank you so much, I’m really glad you liked it. ^^
